Sizing is always hard, and for us, it is no different. We have been working hard on every single style we make to ensure we can not only provide true and accurate sizing, but hopefully a more inclusive sizing option. This is something we care about and are working on at the moment to be able to serve more of our followers, in a better way.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
Kopal is thrilled to offer FREE shipping on all Australian orders over $100 AUD (and FREE shipping on all International orders over $150 USD).
Due to COVID - there are sometimes delays with shipping. We aim to ship all orders within 1 business day of receipt (but it can take up to 3 business days), and will do our best to expedite shipments to you and ask for as much patience as possible during these times. If you do have any questions at any point in time, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@kopalshop.com
We can use a variety of shipping carriers, but generally will use Australia Post. We will always provide notification and the tracking number in advance once the order is processed and shipped.
Most orders will be shipped from our Byron Bay Australia website. Australian delivery usually takes between 3-5 business days. International orders will depend on the item and destination and likely take between 1-2 weeks.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders less than $150 USD will have a flat shipping rate of $30 AUD. If you would like to make a special request for international shipping or expedited domestic shipping, please contact us at info@kopalshop.com.
If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination. We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.

At Kopal we care deeply about being sustainable. That is why we decided to stop using plastic a long time ago, not because it was trendy or fashionable, but because it was the right thing to do.
We send your unique Kopal garments in our 100% compostable – ZERO-WASTE shipping bag. How amazing is that!
After unwrapping your delivery you can just throw the packaging in the same bin as your scraps and garden waste. Our packaging is a 100% home-compostable shipping mailer and is made from 70-80% PBAT (a co-polymer that is completely compostable) and 20-30% PLA (which is a fancy way of saying cornstarch).

We want you to love your Kopal purchase as much as we do, and will do everything we can to ensure you do. If you are not completely satisfied with your Kopal product our return policy is as follows:
All Australian orders purchased via kopalshop.com may be returned within 14 days, at no cost, and refunded or exchanged for another item. Any return must first be inspected and in sale condition complete with tags, bag, and be unworn. Please contact us at info@kopalshop.com to arrange your return.

However, colours also depend on your monitor and we cannot completely guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour is completely accurate.
Kopal Indigo collection is unique and made with handmade indigo dyes. Please review the following conditions that can effect the product, the customer buying our Indigo product accepts these conditions and waives all implied warranties, including merchantability, and all claims for damages for these conditions:
Variation in the fastness of the indigo dyes as well as piece to piece irregularities can result in inconsistency of the end product. There is the tendency to have some streaking of the colour. Side to side and side to centre shading can occur.
Each dye lot may vary in shade due to the difficulty in controlling the strength of the bleaching chemicals. Shading from roll to roll can also occur. No guarantees for wash fastness, light fastness, colour crocking, or colour bleeding are made. All items returned must be in the same condition in which it was received. We will not
accept returns of used or soiled merchandise. We have the right to deny a credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
